New construction of a DHL-Delivery Base in Castrop-Rauxel.
The contract includes turn-key construction of a logistics hall with a total floor area of approx. 1,680 m².

The order also comprises:
• Construction of the outside facilities ca. 6,300 m²
• Construction of roofed places/ canopies ca. 620 m²
(51 parking lots for delivery vehicles)
• Construction of social areas ca. 260 m²
• Transformer Station ca. 400 kVA
• Pphotovoltaic system ca. 75 kVA
• Concrete core activation and floor heating system
by air-to-air heatpumps
