Construction of a building extension for an existing Logistics-Center
extension: approx. 6.500 m² (gross floor area)
soil excavation: approx. 4,400 m³
soil improvement: approx. 1,400 m³
truck parking spaces in concrete: approx. 450 m²
green areas / parks: approx. 2,000 m²

Construction:
• glulam binder on reinforced concrete columns as roof construc-tion
• reinforced concrete intermediate level as warehouse mezzanine
load 1 t/m²
• steel fiber base plate with higher evenness for the area of
narrow storage racks
The scope of works includes also:
• execution planning
• outdoor facility works
• construction of a drainage channel system including rainwater
infiltration
