Task

The pedestrian underpass at the railway station Meckenheim, construction year 2014, shows damages at the area of the lower reinforcement layer resp. their involvement in the concrete.

Technical Data

• Pedestrian underpass redevelopment by using shotcrete:
length / wide / height: 20 / 7 / 3.5 m
• Support by synchronized hydraulic jacking system
• Removal of imperfections in the concrete by using high pressure water jet technology, approx. 33 m²
• Shotcrete applications (re-profiling of imperfections in the concrete and embedding of reinforced steel), re-profiling of
Imperfections: approx. 8 m² (wall) and 25 m² (ceiling)
Shotcrete: approx. 137 m²
• Application of rough mortar, fine filler and surface area protection system for concrete
Rough mortar: 9 m² in entrance areas
Fine filler: approx. 137 m²
OS-C-System: approx. 137 m²
• Injection works
Injections in walls and ceiling: approx. 25 l cement suspension
