Geology

Salt pillow- or rather anticline structure (so-called „Assesattel“) with lower and middle mottled sandstone at the north flank and upper mottled sandstone at the south flank of the saddle.

Technical Data

For the filling of underground structures with Sorelbeton (a special concrete consisting of magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride solution and rock salt) on shaft mine Asse they are using different plants for building material.
The material supply system, now situated on 700 m level, will be replaced by a new system on 490 m level, where it will be possible to fill into material container.
The contract includes design, supply and assembly with subsequent commissioning of the new container filling station BA51 including the distribution of the conveying material by worm conveyor to two filling material container and using an appropriate dedusting unit.
In addition, a new control system will be designed and supplied and has to be integrated in the current process control system PCS7, S7.
