Task
On the factory site of Henkel/BASF they are producing among others
water glass (silikat) that will be stored in open, not canopied bunkers.
Partly, the walls of one of the existing bunkers have to be reinforced by using shotcrete and additional reinforcement.

high-pressure water jet (HDW), 220 m²
thickness up to 6 cm
(robot- and manual-controlled blast head)

The construction site is situated at factory site of a big german company, which is producing wash- and cleaning agents as well as adhesives.
Water glass (silikat) has traditionally been used in the construction industry, for exempel for the silification of masonry and plaster as well
as to protect natural stone against weather conditions.
